Salon Policies

Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience

Appointment Policies

  • Booking: All appointments require a credit card to secure your booking time.

  • Cancellations: We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50% service fee charged to the card on file.

  • Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling if necessary to avoid impacting other clients.

  • Children: For safety reasons, please do not bring children to your appointment unless they are receiving services.

Service Policies

  • Consultations: All chemical services (color, highlights, extensions) include a brief consultation. For significant changes, we recommend scheduling a separate consultation appointment.

  • Pricing: Service prices are starting points and may increase based on hair length, thickness, condition, and time required. Your stylist will confirm pricing before beginning service.

  • Extensive Services: For color corrections or extensive services, an hourly rate may apply instead of standard service pricing.

  • Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inform us within 7 days if you're unhappy with your service, and we'll make it right at no additional cost.

Payment & Tipping

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, cash, and mobile payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

  • Deposits: Extensive services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to your final service cost.

  • Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the service price and is left to the client's discretion. Industry standard is 15-20% of the service total.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and may be used for both services and products.

Salon Etiquette

  • Cell Phones: Please keep cell phone conversations to a minimum to maintain our relaxing atmosphere. For chemical services, please step outside for lengthy calls.

  • Comfort: Let us know if you need anything to make your experience more comfortable, including adjustments to music, temperature, or seating.

  • Feedback: We welcome your feedback during and after your service to ensure we're meeting your expectations.

Product Return Policy

  • Returns: Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt for a full refund.

  • Exchanges: If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll exchange it for a more suitable option within 14 days.

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please return it immediately for a replacement.

COVID-19 Policies

  • Health: Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone who tested positive.

  • Cleanliness: We maintain strict sanitation protocols for all tools, stations, and common areas.

  • Guidelines: We follow all local health department guidelines and update our policies accordingly.
