03What's the difference between a fade and a taper?
A fade blends hair down to skin or near-skin on the sides and back. A taper gradually shortens the hair without going all the way to the skin, leaving more length through the sides. Our barbers will help you choose the right style for your head shape and preference.
04Do you offer services for natural hair, braids, and locs?
Yes — Natisha Pettigrew, our on-staff natural hair care stylist and loctician, specializes in box braids, locs, loc maintenance, and protective styling for natural and textured hair.
05How far in advance should I book for hair color services?
We recommend booking color services — especially balayage, highlights, or color correction — at least 1–2 weeks in advance. Popular slots fill quickly, so earlier is better for getting your preferred stylist and time.
